Winners will be selected by our Rad-Dad staff committee.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any other social media platform. By submission of an entry, you release Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and any other social media platform from any responsibility or liability related to the contest. You are providing entry information to Sturtevant’s (Ski PNW, LLC) and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media platform.
Contest dates: 6/08/2021 – 6/17/2021 at 12:00am (midnight PST).
Limit 1 entry per person.
By entering this contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can
be used by Sturtevant’s (Ski PNW, LLC) for contest promotion and will be used on Sturtevant’s Facebook Rad-Dad photo album.
All contestants must be at least 13 years of age to participate. At least one person needs to live in Washington state. The contestant who submits the entry or the Rad-Dad winner. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the United States and where prohibited. Entrants to the contest by Sturtevant’s (Ski PNW, LLC) who do not meet the eligibility requirements will be disqualified and unable to win.
All entries must be submitted by midnight PST 6/17/2021. Winners will be chosen and announced on 6/18/2021 by 4:00pm, PST. We will contact the winners via email. Winners will be also announced on Facebook and Instagram. Winners may need to show valid photo ID. Sturtevant’s (Ski PNW, LLC) reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate or does not conform to stated contest rules. If any winner does not respond within [three] business days, a new winner will be selected and the previous winner will forfeit all rights to the prize.
One (1st place) winner will receive a gift card for $250. One (2nd place) winner will receive a gift card for $150. One (3rd place) winner will receive a gift card for $75. Gift cards can be used at Sturtevant’s in Bellevue, Ski Mart in Tacoma and Ski Mart in Bellevue. The gift cards are not redeemable for cash. Gift cards do not expire.
Prizes not claimed within 3 days will be given to another entry. Prizes may not be substituted or exchanged. Prizes are not for Re-Sale. Fraudulent entries will not be eligible. Your odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
